About me
I am a maths lecturer at Middlesbrough College. I have more than 10 years experience of teaching maths at GCSE level. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), a BSc in applied mathematics, and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
I always enjoy helping students to experience the pleasure in learning maths. During all these years of teaching I have adopted techniques to make maths fun and easier to understand for my students.
Maths is an important part of the school curriculum and an essential tool for progress toward higher education, as well as finding a job, etc. So, with the maths knowledge and teaching experience that I have gained so far, I am able to help many students achieve their goals.
As small-group tuition shows superior outcomes, I pair students with similar academic abilities and teach them in groups of two.
GCSE students will have free extra sessions on top of their usual classes, in larger groups of 3 to 4, to practice tests before the exam.
I have prepared more than 9000 pages of worksheets and practice papers, as well as my own handwritten notes on all : KS2 , KS3 , KS4 , GCSE and AS topics. Also I have made more than 750 GCSE revision tests which cover all of the exam topics.
